So many dislikes are their. HOD or TL don't know how to treat their staffs. What a scumbags are they. There are many toxic people out their sitting in the higher position don't know how to treat their staffs.... only egoistic,psychotic,saddest and selfish people are there in the higher position. Don't join Florence shoes until or unless you care much about your self respect & dignity.... In short Florence shoes company is an open Hell .....

Nothing much to like here.....this organisation is full of domination, politics, and religious partialities. The staffs over there are such scumbags ....they won't treat you with respect and overall they are backbiters.....The TL is a feet licker to his higher official....and shows open domination amongst the gender....the TL and the higher officials are only favour for females over there especially over unmarried and single females cause everyone are maintaing some secret relationship over there.....Im not showing any hate here but im sharing my clear on sight visuals i used to see over there when i used to work there.... Only request for Mr.sannan .... please keep an eye on your organization sir....the company officials clearly hate u and I have seen them compare u with ur father....they compare the era of days when u are father used to run the company and your era of working with the organisation....they all are back biters of u & seen the clear hate and making fun of u behind your work in the organisation

The HR.....He is such moran....he doesn't work for the policies of the company but he works for the people he is favour for....And the CEO he is such a stubborn and waste guy....

Florence footwear staff is very good but this company owner is very bad behaviour . He used abusing word when he talk with his staff.he is totally corrupted . He did not payment on time after purchase material.

That company owner is very bad behaviour abuse language and any employee and that supplier is not happy.the do not payment on time of employee and suppliers. Data is not keep safely .all data deleted by owner.
