New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. the company provide salary on time. it happened very rarely that there will be 2 or 3 days delay in the salary. There are many chances to work on a different product on your own.

Compensation is very worst, and there is no growth at all if you didn't go and touch the management feet. but if you touch and do whatever they do even if you know that it is stupid then they will pamper you and never care about the mistakes you do and never make any harm to you, instead, you will be given good post and good salary and other benefits. the work pressure is very high. the management doesn't know how to deal the projects efficiently, and also dont know how to allocate the man power for the projects. there is always pre
