They can hire junior on higher salary from senior. They can ask for those work which is not handled by you and put blame on you for that also if does not happen. There is no authority as per your position.

Salary on time, Time pass job for one or 2 years, Nothing to learn, Good place for to learn staff politics rather than to make growth in business.

Dislikes

The owners do not have the interest to understand the business problems facing the sales staff. Managment is afraid of making any responsible decisions other than protecting itself. The first and final decision will be yours only when facing the customer complaints, company will require full payment either way.

Staff is very good, but sometimes they add fresher for retail business that's not good because experience is must for retail, fresher still only 3to 6month when they get train,they exit for another job

Compensation is very slow but pressure is very high

I cant find a single positive remark about this company. It lacks integrity, innovation, and care for its employee. the work environment feel toxic, and the managements seems indifferent.

This company's culture is disheartening, fostering a sense of distrust and disconnection among employees. Job security is practically nonexistent, with frequent layoffs and restructuring constant anxiety. Work-life balance is mere illusion, as employees are expected to sacrifice personal time for the company's profit-driven agenda. Management lacks of empathy and fails to prioritize the well being for its workforce. Overall, Its a toxic environment where morale is low, stress is high, and burnout is inevitable.

Everything was smooth and transparent in my 2 years of working in fnf everyone is helpful and accepting hr policy is very employee centric and benefiting, salary is always on time and never faced any issue from management side directors are very motivating supportive and mentoring and helps to build and grow skills to achieve better in life incentives plan for boosting our morale and good work culture is promoted by managers and hr team and team members are given over whelming atmosphere to work freely without any stress. Over all my experience was good.

I didn’t find any in 2 years
