Company won't give relieving letter/experience letter to employees even after serving complete notice period if the employee resigns before 2 yrs of employment in the company. This information will not be shared by the HR or management before the interview and also during work, you will get to know about this through other old employees. This is a nasty trick to trap the employees which is the only disgusting thing of Flomic',s management. Before hiring they will give you the entire information about the company's history but won't tell you about not providing relieving/experience letter to the employees resigning before 2 years of employment. They will give you a HR rulebook along with the appointment letter which you should very carefully read and sign it as the resignation policies is mentioned in it. But there is no contract or bond signed, this is a just a clear cut fishy trap from the management to hold employees for a long time.

Management change their HR policy frequently and all are against employees freedom. Their target only sales.Job security is very poor and If they want to discontinue anyone just give him 30 minutes and tell him to handover everything and leave.
