The coworkers are really friendly and there is an open culture to interact and learn from anyone.

1. Incompetent management. they have no idea how to run, sustain or grow the business. The goal is to survive long enough and sell off the company. 2. No process within the team. The manager has no idea how to run the team or the portfolio. 3. One individual running the company on her own terms.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
