Organization is very good with good job security,timely salary and Personal life balance

Very Poor HR Management and Indian Management. No Personal Growth of employees even if you are very hard working. No appraisal Policy. Every year new policy indroduction against employees. Although organization is 5 days working MNC but for shop floor employees it is 6-7 days working. Very Poor Management

Good for learning, Very good team, as the factory and engineering are at the same location freshers can learn easily.

Dislikes

Management doesn't seem to care about employe mental and physical health. No overtime compensation whatsoever. Mistakes are called out loud a bit too much.

...n credit card to fund this company. Long long hours, lots of them unpaid. Don’t try and find anyone who can offer a straight answer to anything that effects your salary, as they are posted missing

The feel of the real MNC where you can have any discussion with any colleague from any office around world. Weekly seminars to share knowledge and most importantly the reach ability up to top management.

Dislikes

The work culture needs to be improved.
