I have Spent almost 6 Years in the company. I have seen good atmoshpehere for the work in the comapny. in the term of growth if you are hardworker then you can easily get growth.

In the term of apparaisal senoir will Never gove you proper Number to get increment in your salary. In the company i have never seen politics.

•Internal conflict of interest among employees. • Upper management need to change as they are not able to understand down the line problems and implementation. •Work is like a pressure cooker in this company. • Employee are not able focus on their health and then they severe health issue which ruin rest of their lives . So pls change this

I have worked with walmart previously before Flipkart wholesale undertook the walmart in India, where walmart is 100% for me in all aspects and Flipkart is only 10% just as to work that's it nothing more

Im saying only Flipkart wholesale FMCG No promotions will be there, you need to work all the time, even after the shift manager asks to work where HR asks to leave, no OT available, if any customer irritate on the floor no manager no TL will be available only ATL should take care, no proper man power available but targets are more than man power, mainly favaourism is the most key played role here and many more dislikes only, no likes about the. Company

Totally worst. Got layedoff in 2022 in warangal branch without any reason they removed 200 and above employees in jst a matter of three months and they never cared about their on-role employees. Off role employees associates are like dustbin they will simple use and through. Management staff is nothing but stupid🙄 over all Flipkart wholesale is a betrayal Organisation.
