1) The job security is zero please don't waste time in Flipkart third party payrolls, they just Overhired all the Candidates and then fired telling Excuse of Ramp down, Hundreds of employees are crying and feel agony by this movement. 2) They Have Managers of Flipkart who never support you in operations how to work, they only give basic understanding by theories,its not helpful. But instead they say Tum ko khud sikhna hoga hum nahi batayenge so LACK OF SUPPORT 3) Company's IT value is under process they never resolve any past problems and still it remains as it is and if your Laptop (which was Company's credentials)are not working they will say you are not working, Means they are saying you are use less instead of their on Laptops are KABADI third class and they point on you Useless minds. 4) Company's Management is still not progress , May be they Are just playing with the intentions of Employees LIKE HIRING FIRING is their game They are not Understanding feelings and intention of Employees So I never ever Recommend any one to join Flipkart by Third-party Payrolls, If you want to join than choose Company Payrolls I wrote this because it doesn't help me but for you it will ! ...n” culture. Promotions or career progressions are no more fair and meritocratic. Salary increments have been paused and corrections, if any, are also very biased and dubious. While the processes remain similar like earlier, there is no one overlooking or ensuring these are followed. HR has become weak and they lack backbone. There is no more empathy or support system for employees. The spirit of the company has been erased completely.

You can build a huge connections which will help in your career growth. Even folks are cool and will encourage in your working efficiently. Moreover there lot many category teams and you will find a best place as per your interest.

...ife balance is too poor and for FTC it’s bit difficult to be a on roll position. Even the pay will be less which may discourage you at a certain stage.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
