If your manager don't like you, you can be trapped. Pseudo HR policy. No one will hear you, though they have a campaign running named as "we listen" 😝. They say you will get a chance to get relocated, but when you apply for that they will not support.

Company does not give fair compensation and benefits to the off-role employees. If an employee is hired as an off-role then there is no scope of growth and learning. For me this will create a bad impression to an employee if he see other colleague working as an on-role having the same designation but enormous benifits and good compensation. This can literally demotivate while working in an organization.

If you are hired under campus placement there are high chances that flipkart gonna move you in 3rd parties like jeeves etc Or if in Ekart you'll treated very poorly by colleagues as most of them are not so Qualified. In short if you are in good books of your manager you can work happily which is not going to happen. Favouritism, baisness everything you'll experience specially in it's cheap 3rd party Jeeves consumer Services. Pls don't go if you are looking for a continuous growth coz those people are illiterate no standard organization is there. Every decision is made based on how close you are with your managers. And an MBA gard deserves so so much better than this flipkart who fools students with it's placement.

...ure ever. Flipkart hires students in bulk and then place them randomly anywhere. Salary God knows on which basis is calculated. HR practices are very horrible, no HR will ever explain anything about deductions and incentive received. I think flipkart is in it's own bubble world it has to come out and visit it's partners standards on which they are treating their employees.
