Sometimes, you do not get the correct support from upper management. The people are not good, and there is no salary hike

You will receive salary on time. Perks and benefits are there, if only your manager let's you avail them 😕

If your manager don't like you, you can be trapped. Pseudo HR policy. No one will hear you, though they have a campaign running named as "we listen" 😝. They say you will get a chance to get relocated, but when you apply for that they will not support.

Leadership needs better learning and improve upon spending time with teams to learn, understand ground challenges rather than just throwing and not bothering about plans or outcome.
