If your package is high compare to other person who are working then make sure you can get kicked out by saying this after 3months . All of a sudden you will get to hear ' sorry we don't have any project we can't keep you please look for other job '. Though the project is going on and no official mail is there. ...will always get a threat to kick you out from the organisation be it FTC / FTE . Salary structure is very poor. Here promotions happen not considering your work or something but if you have source or can oil your manager then there are possibility. Eg: a manager with 10years of operations experience become a analytics manager in a day and given this fact , he will be getting training from the current data analyst employees. Plus the data analyst who are already working for 3years they wont give you any promotion opportunity rather they will say 'we are unable to pay you salary we don't have budget , if you are interested for promotion by hearing this go for it" . Are you serious how can a one tech analytics manager play with the careers of the employees.

No job security ,problem is with senior management but still medium and junior level employees are being targeted for non performance of any vertical. Senior management are not trust worthy specially in Flipkart grocery vertical if you get job do not join you will spoil your career as there is no learning only office politics.

Growth will be their good ethics and values work culture is good' 'Good salary and wifi is good Can't say much more than that' 'Good people to work with' 'The work environment is good and friendly. '

a lack of work-life balance due to long hours and high pressure, frequent organizational changes, limited growth opportunities in certain roles, a sometimes disorganized work culture, heavy workload, concerns regarding pay and benefits compared to market standards, and uneven treatment between direct hires and third-party payroll employees; with many citing issues regarding management and team dynamics as well.

Flipkart has made very good company policies and diff level checks but still following things are most prevalent at ground level:- 1) Office Politics 2) Competition rather than collaboration between colleagues and it becomes worst during both Appraisal cycles. 3) Every thing is in Managers hand, he can either make or break you career.
