I was in flipkart from 3.5 years but till now there's no proper appraisal and no growth, no change in salary because am offrole. Simple logic in this flipkart . People who joined here as onrole it's heaven for them with every 6months bonus, bbd bonus, yearly bonus, all benefits,.. Everything is covered, if joined as offrole, u r done they will treat u like a slave. This is truth in entire flipkart. Even ur id tag color is different from onrole people. 95/100 percent partiality between offrole & onrole.

Initially Flipkart was known for its working culture but now it's zero this is the true fact. Hybrid model is there , but depends on your manager how it will look like. Nothing good now.

Flipkart hire based on 3rd party payroll, please it's a request don't get hired from them 1. They exploit the employee paying low salary less then market standard, and won't pay you hike till the time you will be there. 2. Flipkart talks about equality among the employees , but in office you will work same as the direct hire people even more , then also any party/ office trip any gifts or benefits from Flipkart you won't be able to enjoy because you are a 3rd party payroll . Mostly they consider you as a road side labour . Cause max managers mentality in analytics department is " If you don't want to stay don't stay, we can hire more people with less salary to work". That means people who are working want to grow their career , they don't have any respect in Flipkart . This is very sad to hear, you are devoting your years and experience to a company which we used to think it's good , but inside no one is happy .

You can grow as much as you want. You can upskill/develop your technical skills to another level if you are working on your own.

Pay is less. Work life will be good if you get a good manager. Long working hours.

You will receive salary on time. Perks and benefits are there, if only your manager let's you avail them 😕

If your manager don't like you, you can be trapped. Pseudo HR policy. No one will hear you, though they have a campaign running named as "we listen" 😝. They say you will get a chance to get relocated, but when you apply for that they will not support.
