Almost everything, there's too much politics and not right people gets promoted. Salary hike is zero and there is no work life balance. HR shows that employees are getting 6 week offs/month on paper, but in reality months passed and we no matter how sick we are or what personal issues we had, we had to cry for a week off but didn't get one. We had to work almost 10-12 hours a day or sometimes more, nobody cared and top management is very poor. The worst company to work for. Earlier it was good but now it is a company of fools that is being ran by only clowns. People are so narrow minded that they can say anything just for gossip and rumour. 'Flipkart supports diversity' this is only for marketing and means nothing in the company. 90% men are always ready to take wrong advantage from their female coworkers and they does not care if they are married or unmarried, female are just someone they can take to bed. Rest they say she's a lady, what she can do. If you mail it to compliance and HR team, they will simply ignore you and the seniors will start seeing you as a target that needs to be terminated from the company asap. It was not like this before, but now everything has changed and the company is being ruled by some fools who were only meant to perform on roads. That was the complete truth about flipkart, still if someone's interested in joining the company, they can find HR on Linkedin and mail them, only it is not guaranteed how badly the company needs people, HRs will completely ignore the mail. Also, they needs to understand the term 'open culture'. Badly needed to understand the term and know that' apni ayyashi ke liye paise udana aur dusro ke time pe bolna ki company loss mein chal rahi' is not a good thing. May this post reach to someone smart and they know the reason why company is in loss. Thankyou so much!

...criticalities They decreased FE payout, shorter payout without announce & they don't discuss just decrease the ratecard & salary simply present no growth

No appraisal, no perks , less salary and reductions. At risk when more ideal time and more avail... When they need you're employee otherwise a survent.

You will receive salary on time. Perks and benefits are there, if only your manager let's you avail them 😕

Dislikes

If your manager don't like you, you can be trapped. Pseudo HR policy. No one will hear you, though they have a campaign running named as "we listen" 😝. They say you will get a chance to get relocated, but when you apply for that they will not support.
