I joined on the roles of Walmart at that time acquisition was completed by Flipkart group. Walmart was having some good employee friendly policies. In my experience I can't think of any good point with respect to the team, business line and manager I was working with. Apart from that there are some wonderful people to work with and one can learn a lot there.

Dislikes

...specially in HR and L&D. Biasedness. Zero investment on employees development. Pay parity is also bad. No standards.

I don't live the work culture at Flipkart, It is not employee friendly

...Flipkart for the past 2.4 years, the work life balance at flipkart id very poor. I used to work more than 12 hours and even on festival holiday without getting pay, I have faced many family issues also,

...ironment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Timely salary, ops team members r very cooperative and supportive.

Dislikes

HR dept is terrible, no support from top management and inspite of Senior harassment to the downline no actions are taken against. Mention would be made of venkatesh sakkuri who harasses employees still no action are taken against him.

Flipkart is average but Myntra is best place to work. Post moving to Flipkart I have a very big cultural shok. Myntra is more people orinted and employee friendly compared to Flipkart

Dislikes

...d on how happy you keep your leaders rather than giving justice to your role. There is no dislike for Myntra except less pay. But it doesn't mather as you will be valued.
