The culture. They are made huge difference between on roll and off roll employees. They divided you from everything. Most of the on roll employees have a bad attitude for their leadership, even there are more talented and experienced off roll employees working under third party payroll. And the most embarassing part is, a fresher on roll who got the job from campusing (Don't know how to deal with the pressure and hard situation) are leading experienced off roll employees who knows how to work in serious situation and under pressure. The difference is huge. That makes a bad culture.

... Its not good work environment. Teem leader and onroll give too much pressure..salary not hike almost sem..

Working environment, night shift.. Ther is a bond of 1 months which they close their contact anytime. Their is no future or career growth.

...ulture but sometimes I really hurd for working because of working timing period. Company good but working time so much, and salary and another facility ok but not so much good.

In my working experience good but not that much good because.. I am working packing department and when my hand cutting I want to bandage my hand but in this department not provide us banded and some medical equipment also... But it was truly my experience when I have a fevar sir mam really helping me so much and I am going to their special room for medical problems issue room but that room Only provide some normal medicine... I really feel flipkart HARINGHATA hub really recover there's medical room... I want improvement this medical issues helping room more upgrade...

Work life balance till your manager is good or else your life will be in hell. If your package is high compare to other person who are working then make sure you can get kicked out by saying this after 3months . All of a sudden you will get to hear ' sorry we don't have any project we can't keep you please look for other job '. Though the project is going on and no official mail is there. Please be aware before joining . Manager name : SURESH RAWAT

...will always get a threat to kick you out from the organisation be it FTC / FTE . Salary structure is very poor. Here promotions happen not considering your work or something but if you have source or can oil your manager then there are possibility. Eg: a manager with 10years of operations experience become a analytics manager in a day and given this fact , he will be getting training from the current data analyst employees. Plus the data analyst who are already working for 3years they wont give you any promotion opportunity rather they will say 'we are unable to pay you salary we don't have budget , if you are interested for promotion by hearing this go for it" . Are you serious how can a one tech analytics manager play with the careers of the employees.

If you're on roll employee.. you will be the happiest one. Salary on time Office top notch Every free meals keep you motivated to go office And many other allowances

If you're 3rd party employee. Think 10000 time before joining.. few managers are so toxic.. they will not even think twice to fire you.. they will call you and force you to resign . They can't tolerate if you grow infront of them.. they will target you. Slient firing is only thing that happens in the back end
