...ious management has been changed and new management is not so good for employee. Management can do the transfer any employee without prior information and without compensation of transfer. Now I have transferred into another location without any type compensation.

...criticalities They decreased FE payout, shorter payout without announce & they don't discuss just decrease the ratecard & salary simply present no growth

You will receive salary on time. Perks and benefits are there, if only your manager let's you avail them 😕

If your manager don't like you, you can be trapped. Pseudo HR policy. No one will hear you, though they have a campaign running named as "we listen" 😝. They say you will get a chance to get relocated, but when you apply for that they will not support.

I never see this type of horrible work culture in my entire life. Where off role (junior) employees don't give respect to the seniors. And managers listen direct to off role employees. They will pressurize you if you are dedicated employee but don't want to give pressure to those who all day loitering in the office and did nothing.
