No appraisal for contract employees. No chance to convert to permanent employee. Vendor takes much of the amount from salary. They do much diffrentiation between permanent employee and contract employee.

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

Ftc white collar system for freshers And salary structures and no proper transportation system for female workers nodal points for pick up and drop off is far away from the house. And poor meal system(lunch)
