the salary compensation is very poor the leadership is not great and leads to making rash decisions which are not clearly communicated to the employees the company perks have dwindled to a point where you dont get paid for the leaves pending after you leave the company

I love the work from home and international relocation mentioned in the profile .The salary is almost upto my expectations .I have a small child and the profile is good.I am spark panelist but I work from home mostly honorary work(no salary).

Job security is close to government jobs, no late night meetings, handsome salary, You will feel relaxed in 90% of the other companies after leaving

Poor management, senseless work for weekends just to keep you busy, from manager to director level frustration keeps on passing, no late night meetings but managers make sure to pile up you with the work so that you don't sleep before 1-2. Extreme level blame work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joinees
