If your manager don't like you, you can be trapped. Pseudo HR policy. No one will hear you, though they have a campaign running named as "we listen" 😝. They say you will get a chance to get relocated, but when you apply for that they will not support.

Company does not give fair compensation and benefits to the off-role employees. If an employee is hired as an off-role then there is no scope of growth and learning. For me this will create a bad impression to an employee if he see other colleague working as an on-role having the same designation but enormous benifits and good compensation. This can literally demotivate while working in an organization.

Hugely disappointed with no diwali bonus or gift. I know it sounds petty but it matters to me. How would a multibillion dollar company show gratitude if it doesn’t hand out incentives?
