...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a politics management doesn't address over issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year you which can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Like working flipkart becouse i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow..manager do not value an individuals unique strengths.

Work life balance till your manager is good or else your life will be in hell. If your package is high compare to other person who are working then make sure you can get kicked out by saying this after 3months . All of a sudden you will get to hear ' sorry we don't have any project we can't keep you please look for other job '. Though the project is going on and no official mail is there. Please be aware before joining . Manager name : SURESH RAWAT

...will always get a threat to kick you out from the organisation be it FTC / FTE . Salary structure is very poor. Here promotions happen not considering your work or something but if you have source or can oil your manager then there are possibility. Eg: a manager with 10years of operations experience become a analytics manager in a day and given this fact , he will be getting training from the current data analyst employees. Plus the data analyst who are already working for 3years they wont give you any promotion opportunity rather they will say 'we are unable to pay you salary we don't have budget , if you are interested for promotion by hearing this go for it" . Are you serious how can a one tech analytics manager play with the careers of the employees.

You can build a huge connections which will help in your career growth. Even folks are cool and will encourage in your working efficiently. Moreover there lot many category teams and you will find a best place as per your interest.

Dislikes

...ife balance is too poor and for FTC it’s bit difficult to be a on roll position. Even the pay will be less which may discourage you at a certain stage.
