Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and big office space. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.Job security is depend 9n your performance but they give sufficient time and support to perform. Very much safe for female employee.

Salary is little bit less as per market standard. Incentive structure is not good at all after covid 19. No growth, simply no growth, if you're working under vendor payroll.

Zero salary benefits and financial growth. Base pay is also minimum according to the work Increment and promotion is also marginal which needs to be improved

You will receive salary on time. Perks and benefits are there, if only your manager let's you avail them 😕

If your manager don't like you, you can be trapped. Pseudo HR policy. No one will hear you, though they have a campaign running named as "we listen" 😝. They say you will get a chance to get relocated, but when you apply for that they will not support.
