Work life balance till your manager is good or else your life will be in hell. If your package is high compare to other person who are working then make sure you can get kicked out by saying this after 3months . All of a sudden you will get to hear ' sorry we don't have any project we can't keep you please look for other job '. Though the project is going on and no official mail is there. ...will always get a threat to kick you out from the organisation be it FTC / FTE . Salary structure is very poor. Here promotions happen not considering your work or something but if you have source or can oil your manager then there are possibility. Eg: a manager with 10years of operations experience become a analytics manager in a day and given this fact , he will be getting training from the current data analyst employees. Plus the data analyst who are already working for 3years they wont give you any promotion opportunity rather they will say 'we are unable to pay you salary we don't have budget , if you are interested for promotion by hearing this go for it" . Are you serious how can a one tech analytics manager play with the careers of the employees.

Everything is great , exposure to work the ones who studied in IIT's , NIT's and many more experienced seniors .

Dislikes

Though the work is almost same for Application Enginee-1 and SDE - 1 , but pay is less when compared to them .

...n” culture. Promotions or career progressions are no more fair and meritocratic. Salary increments have been paused and corrections, if any, are also very biased and dubious. While the processes remain similar like earlier, there is no one overlooking or ensuring these are followed. HR has become weak and they lack backbone. There is no more empathy or support system for employees. The spirit of the company has been erased completely.

You can build a huge connections which will help in your career growth. Even folks are cool and will encourage in your working efficiently. Moreover there lot many category teams and you will find a best place as per your interest.

...ife balance is too poor and for FTC it’s bit difficult to be a on roll position. Even the pay will be less which may discourage you at a certain stage.

Toxic workplace, expected to work on every weekends with no hikes/appraisals from last 2 years, forceful pip’s, HRs have no control on culture of org/team/department
