No likes only Dislikes But They give Salary on time without working for all months that's the plus point

1) The job security is zero please don't waste time in Flipkart third party payrolls, they just Overhired all the Candidates and then fired telling Excuse of Ramp down, Hundreds of employees are crying and feel agony by this movement. 2) They Have Managers of Flipkart who never support you in operations how to work, they only give basic understanding by theories,its not helpful. But instead they say Tum ko khud sikhna hoga hum nahi batayenge so LACK OF SUPPORT 3) Company's IT value is under process they never resolve any past problems and still it remains as it is and if your Laptop (which was Company's credentials)are not working they will say you are not working, Means they are saying you are use less instead of their on Laptops are KABADI third class and they point on you Useless minds. 4) Company's Management is still not progress , May be they Are just playing with the intentions of Employees LIKE HIRING FIRING is their game They are not Understanding feelings and intention of Employees So I never ever Recommend any one to join Flipkart by Third-party Payrolls, If you want to join than choose Company Payrolls I wrote this because it doesn't help me but for you it will ! Overall good company to work on. Well working enviornment. Lot to learn here. Positive enviornment. Overall satisfactory one can plan to stay long in this company

Zero salary benefits and financial growth. Base pay is also minimum according to the work Increment and promotion is also marginal which needs to be improved

Well known brand Job security Yearly Bonus Timely increment Salary before month ends

Too much pressure for IPP & Cost saving Managing shift out of office hours Not able to balance professional and personal life Huge pressure from senior management

Similar peer group Open culture, very approachable Good opportunities to switch between departments

Salary hikes are not great Team culture depends on your manager/director Work life balance has deteriorated off late

Dislikes

Very bad Middle management with no work life balance. They will ask you to work on Saturdays with micro management at every step. Managers dont abide by Flipkart policy at all. They don't care about your personal family crisis or emergencies even if there is a death.
