No job security as company going through loss they have removed 70% of people in January including all good performers no increment for 2 years they give such monthly target that only one can achieve

3 months probation period. No job security. Zero career growth. No increment for 2 years. Dirty politics.

Dislikes

No job security as company is going through loss.. they have removed 70% people in January including all good performers. No increments for 2 years. They give such monthly target that only 1 can achieve.
