...onment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company policy is good but local India mgt has made per per their father or home company

Dislikes

Lobbying, partiality, no respect of correct and genuine employees, more encouragement of yesmen type of employment. MD does not listen to other employer than few yesman type of fellow. No trust within team.

Team down the line is good, capable, One can't keep them motivated because of poor support from Upper management, still with your efforts and collaborative approach you can convince them to work and give results

Dislikes

Partial behaviour of leadership team on different functions,especially SCM and Operations ...... frequent job threats.... no values of your self respect .... your past experience is not considered or respected at all
