I did not work for Flight Network - I have been scammed - they had advertised a flexible which is as a matter of fact I have paid for and received no such benefit. They had not informed the airline - and said that fare and ticket are two different things - without advertising so or specifying. This is unlawful and false/ misleading advertising. They will not provide a refund of any sorts, nor credit nor rebooking at no cost.

Tthe management is wonderful and company policies are changed according to the required conditions and job is quite secure

I am worried about career growth as I don't think right talent is given any opportunity management should always consider the experience and educational background a person has

I only like about this company is ”you get your leaves when asked”

Zero growth, no increment,no job security(they can ask you leave at any point of time and in case if you are on vacation they will call you and inform you that you are no more working with FN)

No job security. You may work for 20hrs a day to meet targets. No good managers. No good comm skill sets . No good collegues. Stupid selfish managers. Dum team leaders.
