The work was okay.

Dislikes

The company culture, micromanagement, miscommunication, assumptions, salary benefits, Management’s viewpoint towards QA team members, toxic conversations, no dress code (Managers used to come in round neck tshirt and chappals). The Management promises promotion on email and then finds every possible way to hold back the promotion by using petty excuses.

It's a great place to work in the financial sector for a c++ dev, good few years into this you will learn alot

I am working in flextrade for 3 years. It depends on the fact that the team you are working in. Here manager are multi taker. They even do development here. So you will get huge developmental work , good and timely sal and hike. Job security is good.

Dislikes

Hr are arrogant who never seems to be having complete hr knowledge.They applies unnecessary stuff and forget to do required things. Food quality they provide on Friday. Work life balance is not there.

Likes

The senior team, be it in US or India are easily approachable to clear your doubts. You get to know the domain knowledge related to electronic trading as well.

Dislikes

Work life balance has been good, the office did have regular fun, physical activities (before lock down). The learning curve does flatten out the longer you stay though
