HR and other staff is very polite and professional. If somebody wants to see what professionalism is and what it is like to be a professional, I would recommend this company to them. It is very toxic environment there at Flexsin. Even though working hours are 9:30 to 7, management expects you to stay longer.

There is a lot of work, often requiring more than 9 hours per day. Besides the workload, they expect you to stay at your desk all the time. If you're not at your seat, they will email you. The HR department is the worst - they are not there to foster a positive work culture but to track your every move. Once you're hired, you will be monitored everywhere, whether you're outside or event just going upstairs.
