They have offs on Saturdays that is the good part, Since it is a start-up they don't have stringent heirarchy system you can reach out to CEO or Top management easily. Every one knows each other by name and easily reachable. They do provide an ownership on the product and ask you to grow the same. This is a fintech company and technology is the core so you got to know lot of things related to technology.

Dislikes

...stretch so if you want to go to your native you have to work from there as well. There's no incentive structure for good performance, just a variable pay which is also once in a year and that too is a part of CTC so you have nothing extra to earn other than your CTC. They don't have any group medical insurance. So if you wanna join have your personal medical insurance. If you want to go for a leave you need to give around 2-3 months advance notice. As there's no standard policies in place so individual managers set their own policies in the name of company policy.

Likes

Good work culture, due to low scale of buisness of scale not so frequent heavy workload days. Sense of job security as leadership is not crazy behind growth, funding etc.

Dislikes

Below market level salary. Increment is not good. Slow paced environment which can make you lazy. Not so many super smart people. Many leaderships left the org in 2024. No perks like good laptop, food/travel etc.
