...pgrade it's policies and infrastructure. Stop treating employees as commodities. They offer low salary no to little salary hike. They put their employees under a contract. They do not enroll the employees onroll and make them login from some othe IDs. They do not give sufficient leaves. Bos s is too arrogant and thinks of filling his pockets only Feel less ke wasted one year of my career growth.
