...biance is very good. You will really feel excited working in bright environment. Quarterly bonus depends on company performance as is good most of the times. work life balance is very good in IT. There is no tight deadlines.Just 6-7 hours of work per day

There will be work pressure during Month end close. Need to survive with the office politics. No proper guidance but we can cope with that situation. No promotions for longer years. Average promotion period is 4 to 6 years.

Flex is one of the manufacturing company employees like friends and teaching very well for new starters and then all facilities are there in flex
