Compensation is decent but very slow growth. Work pressure is high especially in month end need to work 14-16 hours. i do my level best during my appraisals not meet expectations (Management asking more exposure).

Too much excel reports and repetative work makes you feel like Clerk. Paid transport.No free canteen facilities. Flex is BIG NO for engineers...

Only for some immature people we can not say company is bad , in every company these people are present so we can not say every company is bad just ignore them and focus on good things.
