Yearly Salary hike is too low 3 to 7%. BPO type work culture Promotions are too delayed(After 3 to 5 years)... 3 Month NON NEGOTIABLE Notice period makes it difficult to exit and find new job. Too much excel reports and repetative work makes you feel like Clerk. Paid transport.No free canteen facilities. Flex is BIG NO for engineers...

I'm supposed to complete 10 yrs but exactly one month before they terminated...very worst management in Chennai GBS .. especially that Sr. Director Ramesh Bandaru... Sr HR Director Yathi Venkatesh

...his covid period. Whole management is worst and they are playing worst politics. Now I'm jobless also they didn't gave me any compensation or severance package...

Hi folks, iam working with Flex (GBS)as an junior Executive - program management,i have 2 and half years experience in Flex and got an scrum master certification as well ,also I have prior experience of nearly 3 yrs in manufacturing as an quality engineer. Now,at flex iam getting 4.5Lpa .iam thinking to resign my job and pursue for another high paying job. My manager has promised me give me an promotion to next grade which will give me about 7 LPA.Can someone help me if I move out and search for another job while serving notice period will I get a job that pays more than 7LPA on current market situation.
