Good learning curve, get to learn experties in processes, global exposure, good for freshers, friendly people, if you are more focused in learning and less compensation is not bothers you, then this is best cimpany for you..

No growth, less salary hikes, No value for experienced people, need to work 10-11 hrs a day for completing daily tasks, high work pressure, management is poor, no Work life balance

What I liked most in flex is the culture here is very friendly.good tansportation facilities. Also this company focuses on customer satisfaction thoroughly. Automations are adapted in the processes. Training is provided through various workshops online assesments and by senior co workers. Team mates are also good and helpful upto a certain extend. Free transport for all other shifts excluding the general shifts.

Dislikes

...e supervisors and managers but overall scenario of all the departments is alike. The salary hike is very minimal and politics is played at a very high level. The person who works seriously hard but doesn't acknowledge to manager's constant demands like frequently conversing with him showing him/her some new work you're doing or the appreciations from the customer received; will not get his/her due share. Also the same in promotions, on site/abroad going opportunities. Work pressure is medium..like sometimes we have to extend and work but it's frequency is not that high.
