I am working in US based MNC in purchasing dept but my manager asked me to solve warehouse problem and due to this i am not able to gain knowledge about purchasing. After 2 years in purchasing dept I have knowledge about warehouse operations instead of purchasing and my manager will not allow to do purchasing work for at least 1 more year. Currently I am not a permanent employee, working on 2 years contract with CTC 3.60 LPA , In hand salary 25K in pune. Can i switch in warehouse in another company or to wait in purchasing for the next 2-3 years at same salary?

Flex is perfect place for freshers to kick start their career in supply chain management. People and work culture is really good but balance between work pressure and deadlines must be taken care of. You can learn alot through the training program available.

Recently there were no much hike in Salary and Promotions also become far from reachable. Even though hybrid work model now a days they are very much strict and making everyone to come to office for atleast 10 days
