Too much excel reports and repetative work makes you feel like Clerk. Paid transport.No free canteen facilities. Flex is BIG NO for engineers...

Recently there were no much hike in Salary and Promotions also become far from reachable. Even though hybrid work model now a days they are very much strict and making everyone to come to office for atleast 10 days
