Worst job culture I ever seen. It was my biggest mistake to join this company there is no job security.no good incentive. Not even good relationship with brands. Every month they change their incentive plan to make sure employees don't get incentive

Politics are every ..that the bad think.if u have any silly mistake..company direct action u may resing now..they can't talk or another change..so that the bad think of this job..
