Timely salary credited, even though my boss keeps on threatening us that salary will be deducted/salary won't be credited due to not meeting the expectations, and parameters set by the management.

No job security at all, firing and hiring is only a couple of days Gap, if I were to suggest any of my closer circle to join Fleetx, i would blindly suggest them not to join. Complete micromanagement from end to end. Sometimes Evng calls happen upto 9.30-10pm. 😢

1) product service is not good 2) Clinet is not satisfied with the product so mean you can't generate the business again after sales 3) management is not clear on their words 4) not peni single support form management for sales

Work culture is pathetic. Work here manay years not not get promotion. Company is not clear about the incentive policy. They give incentives as per their choice and do not hear any complaint of any employee.

Learning new things is absolutely good , But to drive things in a proper way is worst.

...c Environment. No respect nor recognition. they just hire and threaten to fire . always talks about your salary in meetings , no productivity talks. Honestly its not the right place to work. Better look for opportunities where you have a career growth.

Boot lic***g toxic culture, No ethical standards. You will have to beg to your Manager even for your earned leaves. Big Incentive will be earned by those who transfer it back to the manager from backdoor. Either top management is blind/fool or they pretend to be Don’t be fooled by the field B2B job it’s completely work from office b2c field sales in reality.
