HR systems are not good enough , after joining , they didn't even take feedback , In plant HR system are on very worst and low level , their thinking and also castim is also in union.

ideal job for those who arent very ambitious career wise. you will get STEADY PAY CHECK and good appraisals even if you are an average employee. company will look after you in every way possible. their motto is once someone joins them they want that person to retire from fleetguard.

Dislikes

there is absolutely 0 chance for a career growth. if you are in your 20's or 30's and you work here for 3 years or more youll retire from this company. the way to the upper management is absolutely clogged and theres no way you can move up the ladder.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and management dosen't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

Company is good just need to give chance to there ex-employee to get associate again with company.

They didn't promote employee from beginning level on experience basis It's need to get PG degree to work with company on there pay roll. I would love to associate again with Fleetguard Filters Pvt Ltd.

No systematic culture, unskilled people possesing higher posts,hence improvements are very difficult to convey & actualize due to les technical knowledge of seniors.
