No systematic culture, unskilled people possesing higher posts,hence improvements are very difficult to convey & actualize due to les technical knowledge of seniors.

Fleetguard Filters is a very good MNC company. Good salary is available here. There are many things to learn here. Related to technical field. Any boy who has passed out from CIPET has a very good opportunity to learn here. And to create the future.

To become a permanent employee here, you need 10 years of experience. Job is not secure. Misbehavior can lead to expulsion from the company. If you behave inappropriately with someone, you can be expelled from the company.

ideal job for those who arent very ambitious career wise. you will get STEADY PAY CHECK and good appraisals even if you are an average employee. company will look after you in every way possible. their motto is once someone joins them they want that person to retire from fleetguard.

Dislikes

there is absolutely 0 chance for a career growth. if you are in your 20's or 30's and you work here for 3 years or more youll retire from this company. the way to the upper management is absolutely clogged and theres no way you can move up the ladder.

.....they teach each and every one process for the workers..they take care of us...if you do the work over time they will give extra amount on your salary...i was really blessed to work on this company...thankful to shiva sir,vasu sir&mukesh sir.
