I don’t see anything encouraging here.

Dislikes

Office management need to be more mature both professionally and at individual level. Office management pick and drop people based on their personal chemistry and regularly ignore people with good appraisals.(who don’t fit into their personal ego). Overall company needs to follow what they preach in their company policies and manuals. There is a lot to write but let’s start with points mentioned above first. Thanks.
