it is an outsourcing company, this company provides solutions regarding home loans and mortgage service for US Clients, to join this company you need a Bachelors Degree in any field that's the good part, there are two on types of on-job training, 1. the first training is related to the basics of US Mortgages which every employee must complete 2. the second training is related to the type of process an employee gets selected the training given here is good Employee gets his/her work based on number of files once you complete the all the files, you can use your remaining working hours as leisure Employees are incentivised depending on the work load For female candidate its a Day-shift

...are no cab facilities for night shift employees 4. no ESI and PF for freshers 5. Salary hike is Average.

A 15-year-old company still doesn't know how to decide to pay you incentives and we still have to believe the same and work like a donkey. Working in sales you need to attend leads day and night, attend leads from the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, Singapore. Please tell me when to sleep and spend time with our family. They give you fake promises while hiring that we might need to travel abroad, but never happened.
