Nowadays is ok for this company, but now it is bad No job security, Not satisfied salary and not growth in this company.Finaly i like but it's a poor in my rating 2.5 star.

... environment and culture. Team leads are very supportive and management is good. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No job security they will remove from job without prior informing us.

it is an outsourcing company, this company provides solutions regarding home loans and mortgage service for US Clients, to join this company you need a Bachelors Degree in any field that's the good part, there are two on types of on-job training, 1. the first training is related to the basics of US Mortgages which every employee must complete 2. the second training is related to the type of process an employee gets selected the training given here is good Employee gets his/her work based on number of files once you complete the all the files, you can use your remaining working hours as leisure Employees are incentivised depending on the work load For female candidate its a Day-shift

...are no cab facilities for night shift employees 4. no ESI and PF for freshers 5. Salary hike is Average.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Few good people are there to support or console you when the management puts unnecessary pressure on you.

...ore people's work: no motivation, no recognition, no support, no acknowledgment. A 15-year-old company still doesn't know how to decide to pay you incentives and we still have to believe the same and work like a donkey. Working in sales you need to attend leads day and night, attend leads from the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, Singapore. Please tell me when to sleep and spend time with our family. They give you fake promises while hiring that we might need to travel abroad, but never happened.
