Flash electronics is a good company and I learn lot of things in that training period like how to work with an given time cycle, behaviour with staff, self confidence, and knowledge about the products which company will manufacturing this will be helpful for my Carrier

I'm unhappy because of training period will be only 7 months at least it will be 1-year and salary should be less

Best for low educated male candidates, best EMI and EMC precaution in production department, fastest assembly line.

Worst management, a lot of salary cuttings, no employee growth, zero chance of getting confirmation, worst food ever ate in their companies mess.

Company cantten so bad my advice for only freshers candidate plz join this company and Experience candidates don't join this company.. Every work follow Boss is always right rule..CTC different and offering different and in-hand different 😀😀😀

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
