Recently, they came to AMU for a campus drive for the post-sale business analyst role. They announced that the first round would be a GD round, which hadn’t been mentioned beforehand. Candidates were judged based on their responses, with topics like "social media marketing and brand value." Many candidates who weren’t fluent speakers were still selected for the first interview round. I spoke well, and my friend was there too. I gave an example about OnePlus and Poco and how their brand value was affected by issues highlighted on social media, like the green line and motherboard problems. Unfortunately, the studio, idiot panel didn’t seem to understand the relevance of my response.
