Epp Trainee is bad comunity running by govt having salary of 6000 with Bpharm ,Appraisal not happening, No salary hike,No bonus, there is bond of 1/2 /3years before which you cannot resign, PF/ESIC not guaranteed

...e has been conducted for employees who are working from office in this pandemic. Salary structure is very poor for both trainees & experienced candidates. Work distribution is not systematic in this family concern at least for trainees. Travelling allowances and other facilities are not provided. There's one year probation period for fresher. Working here feels like torture.
