Worst organisation , there is no increment for 5 years,They don't give bonus though mentioned salary structure. Quality head harass employee . Quality head allocate any work irrespective of Qualifications and experience.No etiquette.Many employee leave organisation in furstatation.

They did not give any increment. No bonus even it is mentioned in CTC. Give increment if u resign and they need you. Good to work if you are getting good salary at the time of joining and u dont need any raise.

Pretty good for freshers, good work environment & culture. Seniors are supportive. Salary gets stuck very often. Not at all supportive even in COVID. Our March salary is not paid yet (it’s August now)

...ement doesn’t address our issues. No food & water facilities. No bus facility. Salary is very less & career growth is also too slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they given good salary hike and bonus every year
