Epp Trainee is bad comunity running by govt having salary of 6000 with Bpharm ,Appraisal not happening, No salary hike,No bonus, there is bond of 1/2 /3years before which you cannot resign, PF/ESIC not guaranteed

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they given good salary hike and bonus every year

The company is good for adopts latest technology at shop floor ,and has very good for those employees who r interested to show his knowledge , bcoz the company management always supportive to employee for its Idea, & innovations..

The compensation for employee were low. That's why slow growth is there , work pressure is average.I working there lasts from 14 months .Nice culture within everyone . We made presentation of the every new product there and shared it with client, asking client regards to query if any and complying them if any..

I like to work in professional and motivated team, but then the team members who do not work and try to steal your credit makes unhappy. But thanks to HR-Head at corporate office very close observation to resolve these issues effectively
