Flamingo is not a good place for working. Always have salary issues. Management are not so good. Don't sign a 2 years bond with Flamingo. It's a good place to start your career as a fresher but a not good for an experienced candidates

Worst organisation , there is no increment for 5 years,They don't give bonus though mentioned salary structure. Quality head harass employee . Quality head allocate any work irrespective of Qualifications and experience.No etiquette.Many employee leave organisation in furstatation.

They did not give any increment. No bonus even it is mentioned in CTC. Give increment if u resign and they need you. Good to work if you are getting good salary at the time of joining and u dont need any raise.

I like to work in professional and motivated team, but then the team members who do not work and try to steal your credit makes unhappy. But thanks to HR-Head at corporate office very close observation to resolve these issues effectively
