This company is basically for build e-commerce websites, manage social media for big name companies , make advertisements or videos. I glad to be a part of this company, as a 'Frontend Developer'. I learn so many new things and I worked on different different platforms. I learn different technologies and how to build project alone or how to manage teammates on pressure. Plus point is my colleagues are very helpful.

Dislikes

They provide compensation is very low, at particular point of your work, there is no growth.

Likes

It's good in Gurgaon office but worst in Bangalore office

Dislikes

No proper guidance, seniors are not approachable, ruthless behaviour with lower levels of hierarchy, Founder of company is a complete egoistic and insensitive person.

Likes

The culture is good, employees are friendly, although the senior management is not that good and supportive.

Dislikes

Salary is always delayed, sometimes even till 12th or 15th of the month and creating a work life balance might be a little difficult.

Likes

The transparency in the system with the top management being directly approachable. Lots and lots of talent to learn from. Freedom of expression and creativity.

Dislikes

Too much work. It's like you have to work 7 days a week because some clients are always on fire and nobody takes any action against such behaviour of clients.
